What is your turnaround time?
Once we receive your raw footage and completed intake form, your custom-edited film will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
How do I send you my videos?
You can upload up to 30 files directly through our site's intake form. If you have more than 30 files or larger video files, you can easily share a link via Google Drive or iCloud.
Can I choose the background music?
Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred music vibe (such as upbeat, acoustic, or cinematic). We handle the licensing through professional platforms like Artlist or Epidemic Sound so your video is fully cleared.
How long do I have to submit my footage?
All service plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, giving you one month to gather and upload your clips.
How will I receive my finished video?
We deliver your completed high-resolution film via a private digital download link or a private YouTube link that you can easily watch, download, and share with family and friends.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before you have uploaded your raw footage. Once files are submitted and the editing process begins, sales are final due to the custom nature of this work.
What if I need revisions on my final video?
Your package includes one round of minor revisions (such as trimming a clip or adjusting text) within 48 hours of delivery to ensure you love the final cut. Major restructuring or adding completely new footage after delivery may require an additional fee.
What kind of phone footage works best?
Any standard smartphone video clips—whether shot vertically or horizontally, live photos, or short clips from your camera roll—work perfectly. Unedited, original files straight from your device provide the highest quality results.
Can I gift a video package to someone else?
Yes! These packages make wonderful gifts for birthdays, weddings, or family milestones. You can purchase a plan under your name, and the 30-day upload window will begin whenever the recipient is ready to submit their clips.
Can I request specific songs or provide my own music?
To comply with copyright laws and platform licensing rules, we use licensed tracks from professional providers like Artlist and Epidemic Sound based on your chosen music vibe. Using copyrighted commercial music from streaming services isn't permitted for final delivery.
How should I organize my clips before sending them?
If you are sending more than 30 files via a cloud or drive folder, it helps to put them in a single folder or number them in the chronological order you prefer, though our editors will expertly sequence your memories to match the narrative flow and music beat regardless.
